Our first session together will be 75 minutes long and include a full assessment that gives me some background and allows you to let me know what you are looking for during our time together. The following sessions will be 50 minutes and typically occur once a week. At times, sessions may occur less or more frequently depending on your individual needs and the type of work that we are doing together.
If you are interested in learning, or brushing up on, coping skills, I offer individual skills training sessions in DBT or Mindfulness. Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place weekly.
If you have experienced trauma and are struggling with PTSD, I offer specialized therapy that will reduce or eliminate PTSD symptoms. Prolonged Exposure Therapy sessions are 90 minutes long and occur weekly, for approximately 8-12 weeks.
